The Curio Store provides an assurance on behalf of the seller that every item (barring furniture, to be listed) available for auction is authentic. This means that the items conform to the images and description provided on the website, particularly in terms of product dimensions, original receipts, etc.

In the unlikely event that the buyer is not satisfied with the product in terms of the product not matching the specifications detailed on the website, the buyer can initiate a return. However, all our products are precious commodities and as such they may get damaged during transit. Thus, our return policies are decided basis the discretion of our seller and the fragility of the product.

In case of a successful return, The Curio Store shall be entitled to rescind the sale and the seller will be liable to refund to the buyer the price paid for the item, once the buyer returns the item to The Curio Store. The Curio Store shall then hand over to the seller the item returned by the buyer.
