How do we price the products shown on our website?

Our pricing for every product is decided after thorough research, consultations with external experts, and discussions with sellers.

We aim to bring you the most competitive prices for our valuable wares while being highly  transparent about our additional charges. In most auctions you will notice a buyer’s premium getting added to the final bid price. We at The Curio Store believe that the user should only have to pay what they bid for the product. Hence, we do not attach an added premium.

Our additional charges include GST, shipping, insurance (if applicable) and fitting (if applicable).

What is our payment policy?

We accept all forms of online payment barring VISA and Master cards as they cannot be used for auction payments as per RBI guidelines and COD for certain products. We are also glad to announce that for all the online transactions, our users need not worry about the card charges. The Curio Store will bear that expense for them!

Additionally, for products under ₹2,50,000, we will require a full advance payment before the delivery and for products over ₹2,50,000, we will require 50% payment in advance and the rest can be made within 7 working days. However, the delivery will only be initiated, once the full payment has been received by The Curio Store.
